1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TradeSense Pro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
TradeSense Pro provides AI-assisted market intelligence, strategy backtesting, paper trading, and portfolio analytics tools intended for informational and educational purposes only. The Platform does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.
3. No Investment Advice
All content, signals, and analytics provided by TradeSense Pro are for informational purposes only. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@tradesense.pro of any unauthorized use.
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods except where required by applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, and trademarks on the Platform are the exclusive property of TradeSense Pro or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeSense Pro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
